GIRI PUTRI CAVE
Apart with the while sandy beach and beautiful hilly range, there is also a cave in Suana, called Giri Putri Cave. It is situated at karangsari hamlet belonging to Suana village, about 5 Kilometers east of batununggul (the capital town of the district) to enter within is a bit difficult but as soon as 3 metres passed by crawling, we will instantly encounter as spacious but too dark pitch. There are many stalagnites and stalactites within and the squeaking sound of bats just only heard but unseen for it is too dark around. A spring is to be found also regarded as sacred there. The cave hollow passes through straght to the west where a much wider mouth of the cave is to be found. From here we can enjoy the stretch of hilly range before us.
